  • Strategic Compass

    Build a shared sense of what you do and why you do it, what matters most, and the impact you’re working to create in your corner of the world. This translates to mission/purpose, vision and core values.

    This work takes the form of a series of facilitated, inclusive work sessions involving story building, visioning, reflecting together and apart, small group sketching and shared decision-making.

  • Strategic Planning and Doing

    Create a path forward that builds alignment, clarity, and excitement. Our approach is inclusive, strengths-focused, and question-based. Our Strategic Doing process creates clear and agile steps to make progress on the plan.

    This work engages a “core team” of key stakeholders who serve as champions, resources and sense-makers in the planning process. As the process gets organized and launched, we’ll work with the core team to invite as many stakeholders as possible to participate in sharing ideas, expertise, questions, input and insights. Depending on the needs of your organization, we can design the process to include research and analysis.

  • Decision Mapping

    Get clear on who makes what decisions, who share input, who needs to be informed and when, and who doesn’t need to be involved at all. When teams are clear on their decision-making, they can be more productive and inclusive while getting and staying unstuck and reducing tension.

    This work takes place over the course of a few work sessions where your team brainstorms key decisions and builds shared agreements to get work done and decided.
